
Damion Bolick, Founder, CEO and CFO of MyCFOtoGo.com is an experienced business finance expert who has served as CFO, Interim
CFO and corporate controller for more than 6 companies and has consulted for dozens more. He has prepared business plans and forecasts
for equity presentations for some of the nation’s fastest growing companies, and created models and narratives for private placement
memorandums up to $100M. Damion specializes in cost control, budgets, forecasting, operational and financial analysis, human resources
and accounting with deep experience in manufacturing and distribution. His proven leadership skills project and instill a “can do” attitude to
improve teamwork and productivity in any company. He has served as a board member for several companies, is a master negotiator for
vendor contracts and other contractual relationships, and has managed tax strategies and tax preparation for companies of all sizes. Damion
earned his BA in Accounting from California Polytechnic University, Pomona. He’s a skilled user and trainer on Excel, Power Point, Access,
Peachtree, Great Plains, Accpac BPI, Quickbooks and MAS 90/200/500.
Enrique Bertran is known for his strong ability to ferret out opportunities to help companies to become better positioned for long-term
financial success. His 30-year career includes strategic development and deployment of assets for company or product launches, financial
data and projections, balance sheets, cash flows, custom design of commission and bonus structures, and development of leadership skills
across departmental lines. He has a great deal of international experience, is fluent in English and Spanish, and also speaks Portuguese and
Italian. He is a graduate of Long Beach State University, CA.
Bill Kizer has extensive experience with a number of accounting software solution providers. When you need a wizard who can parachute in
and work magic with your accounting system, Bill is the guy you want. Bill brings nine years ERP experience, both in the sales and accounting
services areas. Most of that time was spent at Blytheco in Laguna Hills. Blytheco is the largest MAS90 and MAS200 dealer in North America.
Bill headed up the customer accounts department, accounting for 40 percent of Blytheco’s revenue. He was also responsible for creating and
maintaining relationships with third party vendors that helped extend the parameters of the MAS product. Bill worked directly with Blytheco’s
Founder and CEO, Stephen Blythe.
Yves Theriault, PhD, has 18 years of experience in business and technology, including life sciences and chemistry, pharmaceuticals and
biotechnology, system engineering, organizational management and leadership, business law, corporate strategy implementation, information
technologies, sales and marketing. He’s a skilled financial architect who can survey the landscape around a small or medium business and
design a new framework to leverage the company’s greatest strengths and overcome any shortcomings that might exist. In 2007, Yves formed
the California Institute for Performance Management as a part of a strategic expansion of educational programs. He earned his PhD in
Chemistry from University of Montreal and a Certificate in Project Management from University of California at San Diego. He is an active
member of the Project Management Institute and teaches Project Management at the University of California at San Diego.
Carmen McCormick has made a career of being a legal and business strategist, with over 15 years of experience building, enhancing,
and streamlining operations for companies ranging from startups to global, multi-billion dollar corporations. As a solutions-driven negotiator,
Carmen has the unique ability to step into situations that are at a virtual impasse and creatively structure agreements that exceeds all parties
expectations. Carmen holds a Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from State
University of New York. She is a member of the American Bar Association, California Bar Association, Health Care Compliance Association,
Phi Alpha Delta, SANDIOS and is President of the Women’s Alliance Network.
