Izzy Murdy, MBA

Izzy is an MBA graduate from the University of Notre Dame who has acted as a finance executive and provided outsourced CFO services, financial, and investor relations services to early and growth stage businesses. She has seen a company to exit and has over 15 years experience in building financial infrastructure, systems, and processes from the ground up to take companies from revenue generation to accelerated growth. She has defined and supported company wide strategy to drive opportunities and growth. Companies she has worked with range from software-service, product-based, health and fitness, real estate development, and more. Annual revenues of these businesses range from start-up to $80MM with employee sizes of 20 to over 80. Her main objectives are to implement and refine accounting and finance practices, controls and monitor financial and operating performance to prioritize when, where, and how to drive changes.

Stacy Heffner, MBA

Stacy brings over 24 years of accounting and finance experience to assist with your company’s special short or long-term projects where continuity is essential. Her competencies include but are not limited to, controller level management, month-end close process, account reconciliations, expense analysis, budgets, forecasting, fixed assets, cost accounting, international consolidations and FX, treasury management, team building, and more within the industries of manufacturing, logistics, retail, real estate, service and more. Nancy Cando

Nancy is a Senior Accountant specializing in SaaS companies. She previously worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Audit Associate, where she developed strong audit and financial review skills. She brings over 8 years of accounting experience to assist with your company’s unique needs, whether for special short or long-term projects where accuracy and strategic insight are essential. Her competencies include, but are not limited to, US GAAP compliance, full-cycle bookkeeping, month-end close, AP/AR management, financial statement preparation, payroll processing, international currency conversions, historical cleanups, and client onboarding, primarily within the SaaS industry. Nancy is proficient in several accounting tools, including MS Office, QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Divvy, and ADP.
